Everyday brings something positive to inspire new work. As a teacher of dance, I processed a lot of visual and musical information regarding line, composition, colour, and dynamics. As a result, my visual art now deals with spontaneous and expressionist emotion. Stylized versions of movement make up the forms and shapes for my non-constrained compositions. Colour has become a dominant force to drive my work to intuitively emerge from those basic movements. Art allows me to discover the truthfulness within every new creation, making my work both relaxing and enjoyable, always taking my thoughts to another dimension. Different subjects and a variety of techniques stimulate my imagination. As a result, I am constantly motivated to explore within, and expand upon my craft. Painting has now become a way of life.
